What is this new way to beat the holiay blues? It is simple but yet overlooked every year.

Don't listen to certain kinds of holiday music. That's right, some holiday music can be very depressing. Be aware of how you resond and then act appropriatly. If you find it making you feel regret, sadness or longing then change the song.
